Museum Tickets & Reservations
🔧🔨The Hyde Collection is temporarily closed for visitors through December 10, and will reopen Friday, December 11, while we fix the HVAC system. Our focus is to keep everyone as safe as possible while we make the necessary repairs, so the Museum will be temporarily closed until then. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you will come visit us soon!
While waiting to re-open, please be sure to tune in to our many virtual Museum experiences, available via our website, Youtube channel, and Facebook page and group. If you have any questions about these resources or about ticketing, please feel free to leave a message at the Museum at 518-792-1761, ext. 350 for Visitor Services.
Donations for the HVAC project would be more than welcome! Thank you for your support and understanding as we work our way through the new challenge, and get back to our in-person visits. It’s been great to see visitors, and we can’t wait to see you again!
Visits to the Museum are by appointment only. Arrival times are in ten-minute intervals. Please limit groups to four (4) or fewer. Please limit your visit to one (1) hour. The Hyde will be reserved for seniors and high-risk individuals from 10am-noon.
Prior to reserving your ticket(s), please answer these 3 questions:
- Have you knowingly been in close or proximate contact in the past 14 days with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who has or had symptoms of COVID-19?
- Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
- Have you experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days (fever, shortness of breath, cough, loss of sense of smell/taste)?
If you answered “YES” to any of these questions, we respectfully request that you not visit at this time. Thank you.
