Over the past three decades, The Hyde Collection’s High School Juried Show has developed prestige and become a goal to attain — a pinnacle of high school achievement for many young artists. This year, The Hyde again invites students in grades 9 to 12 from the surrounding counties of Warren, Washington, Saratoga, Hamilton, and Essex counties to apply for exhibition in the twenty-seventh annual High School Juried Show. One hundred works will be selected as finalists for the May 12 to June 10, 2018, exhibition at the Museum. In past years, more than 700 entries have been submitted for consideration.
Students who are homeschooled, or who attend private or public high school are eligible to participate.
To apply, teachers must notify Museum Educator Jenny Hutchinson of their interest by January 30, 2018. Each school/homeschool group will receive its own online submission form and folder to manage entries. All submissions are due by February 28, 2018.
Contact Jenny Hutchinson by email at jhut[email protected] or by calling 518-792-1761, ext. 327.
