Join  PigPen Theatre Co.  (writers of Broadway’s Water for Elephants) for an immersive, interactive musical adventure where the audience helps shape what happens next. Blending international and Americana folk traditions with shadow puppetry, live music, and imaginative storytelling, this “choose your own adventure” performance invites audiences of all ages to become part of the story, working together to guide a brave folk hero on their journey home.

PigPen Theatre Co., founded in 2007 at Carnegie Mellon’s School of Drama, has grown into an award-winning collective known for its inventive blend of theatre, music, and film. After becoming the first company to win the NYC Fringe Festival’s top honor for a play two years in a row, they went on to produce and license their acclaimed works worldwide, earning praise from major outlets such as The New York Times, Time Out New York, and the Chicago Tribune, along with multiple IRNE and Jeff Awards. Their debut album Bremen gained national attention, leading to sold-out tours and millions of streams, and they made their feature film debut in Jonathan Demme’s Ricki and the Flash. PigPen has since developed major stage adaptations—including The Tale of Despereaux and the Tony-nominated Broadway musical Water for Elephants—and created innovative projects like Virgin Voyages’ The Phantom Folktales and a multi-year residency at NYC’s Little Island.
