Two-session workshop: 2 – 4:30 pm, January 11 and 18

In this two-session acrylic painting workshop, participants will be guided in the creation of two large, Wayne Thiebaud inspired, works of art on canvas (one per class). Thiebaud’s artwork is some of the most well-known pop art in America. Currently, on view are contemporary artist Sharon Core’s photographic reinventions of Thiebaud’s iconic food paintings. All levels of experience are welcome in this class and all materials will be provided.
