Open Studio

Join artist-in-residence Elizabeth Zunon in the art studio to learn a unique type of printmaking called a collagraph. Utilizing pieces from around the house as collage elements, participants will create a bas-relief plate to create their own original image. No experience necessary and all supplies included.
Elizabeth Zunon is an artist and illustrator from Albany, New York. Her creative work is inspired by her childhood spent on the Ivory Coast in West Africa. She received her B.F.A. in illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design and has since illustrated over twelve books. In May 2019 she released her first published authored book, Grandpa Cacao: a Tale of Chocolate, from Farm to Family (Bloomsbury Books).
