Join dancers from the Ellen Sinopoli Dance Company for a creative movement workshop for families. This event is designed to nurture the creative expression of children and parents or guardians and explore modern dance as a group. Participants will be led by professional dancers in creative movement exercises, inspired by the sculptures in the exhibition Transformations: The Art of John Van Alstine. Ellen Sinopoli Dance Company is a 31-year-old arts organization in the Capitol Region, with a commitment to bringing dance to underserved communities through Arts-In-Education workshops.

(This workshop is designed for children ages 5 and older and their parents or guardians. Comfortable clothing and footwear is recommended.)

$5 per family for Hyde Members / $5 per family & cost of museum admission for parent(s) or guardian(s) (Children 12 and under free)
