Join Cat for a gentle yoga class in the Butterfly Garden (weather permitting), where all levels of yoga experience are welcome! This will be beginner friendly and adaptations for poses will be provided if needed.
JULY 18 @ 5PM – 8PM | Art After Hours | Artist Talk with Daniel Giordano and Sculpture Open Studio
Art After Hours mixes art and entertainment every third Thursday of the month. Visit exhibitions, create art, and socialize with friends!
Join artist Daniel Giordano in conversation with Hyde Curator of Modern & Contemporary Art Derin Tanyol for an exploration of the artist’s work and process highlighting works in the exhibition Daniel Giordano: Crystal Blue Persuasion. Then, head to the Art Studio for an exploration of different sculpture techniques!
AUGUST 8 & AUGUST 15 @ 11AM – 12:30PM | Ekphrastic Writing Workshop with Jackie Goodwin
Ekphrastic writing is inspired by visual art, in the form of an essay, poetry, or fiction. Join us for a workshop for writers of all levels, where we will take inspiration from a work of art to create a unique collaboration with the artist and reader.
ONGOING | Guided Museum Tours
This is a docent-led tour, which means you will have the opportunity to learn fascinating details about the collection and current exhibitions from a trained tour guide. (Included with Museum admission on days tours are available.)
