Yoga With Cat

May 17 at 9 am
Join Cat for a gentle yoga class in the Butterfly Garden (weather permitting), where all levels of yoga experience are welcome! This will be beginner friendly and adaptations for poses will be provided if needed. Meditation and breath work will also be included along with more active yoga postures.

Creative Coffee Hour: Floral Arrangements

May 18, 11 am -12:30 pm
Join us for Creative Coffee Hour, a space designed to unwind, connect, and be creative over a cup of coffee!
Wind down with a table full of fresh flowers, a cup of coffee, and some friendly faces around our studio tables. You’ll be guided in arranging your own personal floral bouquet with an eye for balancing color, texture, and movement within your vase. You’ll leave with a centerpiece for your spring table, as well as tips for keeping your bouquets fresh.
Ages 16+, no experience is needed just bring yourself and pruning shears if you have them! All materials and coffee will be provided.
