School Tours and Programs for Students at The Hyde

          
The Hyde Collection offers a unique combination of historic house and modern museum complex and is a valuable educational resource for teachers and students alike. A visit to The Hyde will allow your students to study objects representing a specific art movement, culture, or time period and extend their scope of learning outside the classroom. The programs outlined in this brochure offer five major themes found within the Museum's permanent collection that are easily integrated into curriculums and meet New York State Learning Standards. School programs include tours of historic Hyde House, special exhibitions, and offer a hands-on studio component. All programs are FREE of charge.
