Other Resources and Materials
The Education Department provides teaching resources and materials to assist teachers in developing student understanding of art, history, and culture. Books, slides, videos, and prints are available on loan to address the following topics:

  • Permanent Collection of The Hyde Collection
  • Middle Ages
  • Renaissance
  • Story, Myth, Fable
  • American Art and Artists
  • Art of the 19th and 20th Centuries

FUNding Busses Program
The Hyde Collection can help defray the cost of securing and paying for a bus to provide transportation for your students to the Museum. Thanks to individual donors we have created the FUNding Busses Program. This program gives us the ability to assist schools that have had to minimize, or even cancel field trips due to budget constraints. If you are interested in taking part in this program, or to see if you qualify, please contact the Education Department for an application.
